摘 要:

种子休眠是重要的农艺性状, 它与农业生产中作物的产量和品质息息相关。低休眠水平作物种子容易穗发芽, 高休眠水平作物种子会造成播种季节的低萌发率。因此, 种子的最佳休眠水平对农业生产非常重要。影响种子休眠的因素众多, 本文重点阐述了内源激素调控种子休眠与萌发分子机制的研究进展, 以期阐明种子休眠和萌发的分子机理, 有效防控作物种子穗发芽。

关键词:种子休眠; 内源激素; 调控机理

Abstract:

Seed dormancy is an important agricultural trait in crop. It is closely related with crop yield and quality. Disturbing of seed dormancy would cause either pre-harvest sprouting or germination deficiency. Seed dormancy and germination are regulated by many developmental cues, such as plant hormones, and many environmental cues, such as humidity and temperature. Here, we mainly focused on the regulation of plant hormones on seed dormancy. Further study on the key components in this process will help us to elucidate the molecular mechanism of seed dormancy and control the pre-harvest sprouting in crop.
